What you need:

  • 1/2 kg roast beef in Oju, heat

  • 1/4 kg of cooked jasmine rice

  • 1 clove of finely chopped garlic

  • 4 cups baby spinach

  • 2 cups chopped carrots

  • Button mold 1 cup, a quarter

  • 2 teaspoons plus 1 teaspoon Korean barbecue sauce

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil divided

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root

Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan and cook the mushrooms until soft, about 3 to 4 minutes. Put in a bowl and pour 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Set aside. What you need:

For roast chicken

  • 4 half boneless and skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 bottle of barbecue sauce

  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

  • 1/2 cup palm sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

For rice dishes

  • 1/4 kg of cooked white rice

  • 3 onions

  • 2 cups black beans

  • 1 1/2 cups of cheese, cut to your liking.

  • 1 cup corn kernels

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 cup grass dressing

Mix 2/3 of a bottle of roast beef sauce, palm sugar and Worcestershire sauce into a bowl. Stir the ingredients well. Place the chicken breast in a slow cooker and pour the mixture over the chicken. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. When ready, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and remove the water. Break the chicken and return to the slow cooker. Pour the remaining roast sauce over the meat and stir thoroughly. To assemble the rice bowl, place the rice in a serving bowl and place on top of the slowly cooked chicken. Divide onions, black beans and corn in a bowl. Top with salsa or ranch dressing or both. Serve immediately.
